I am a systems thinker who is passionate about transforming healthcare to keep the patient, care teams and the mission at the center. I believe well designed technology is a vital part of increasing access to evidence-based care, improving the wellbeing of our workforce and decreasing overall cost of care. I am dedicated to optimizing workflows and enhancing care by leveraging problem-solving skills, human centered design, and interpersonal communication.  

I love thinking about complex challenges and the systems that have created them, reframing them to find the most feasible way to solve them, co-designing solutions with the people who will use them, and iterating to refine the best solutions.  I am both strategic and tactical. I create a vision and execute on it, remaining focused on the goal while adapting to new daily needs.
